The IES Abroad Global app serves as a comprehensive resource designed to enhance the study abroad experience for students. With this app, users can easily access essential information such as schedules, maps, cultural opportunities, and important contact details, as well as the latest updates on select events occurring both at their international location and the IES Abroad Center.

IES Abroad, formally known as the Institute for the International Education of Students, operates as a non-profit organization specializing in study abroad programs for U.S. college students. Established in 1950 under the name Institute of European Studies, the organization has evolved to encompass a broader range of offerings across Africa, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America. Currently, IES Abroad administers over 120 programs in more than 30 cities worldwide. To date, more than 80,000 students have participated in its programs, with an annual enrollment exceeding 5,700 participants.
